Q. I placed an order, when will it ship?

A. Orders placed before 2pm on Tuesday-Saturdays typically ship the next business day. Email confirmation goes out when the mailing label is created. If you have not received confirmation, please check your SPAM or JUNK email folders for a message from us.  If there is a question about your order, we will email prior to sending it out.

Q. I ordered several skeins of a single color, will I get the same dye lot?

A. We will always email you if we do NOT have enough skeins of the same dye lot to confirm if that will work for you.  Be sure to check your SPAM and JUNK email folders if you haven't seen an email from info@islandwools.com.

Q. Can I get my yarn wound into a ball before you send it?

A. We do not offer this service.

Q. I have a note I would like to add to my order, where can I enter that?

A. On the Shopping Cart page, it reads "NOTES". Please click on that text and it will give you a text box in which you can type any note.  You can also send an email to info@islandwools.com with your comments and/or questions.
