Q. I placed an order online for pickup, when will it be ready?
A. Orders are usually ready the following day after the order is placed. We are always available at the shop for pickup between 12 and 2 on Tuesdays-Saturdays. Other times can be arranged by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you place the order before noon, they should be ready that same day. EMAIL is sent, to confirm that we have it ready (and there were no errors in our inventory system). Sometimes these emails go into a SPAM or JUNK folder.
Q. How do I pick up an order?
A. Come to the shop and open the front door. This will ring a bell and alert us that you are here.
Q. I placed an order, when will it ship?
A. Orders placed before 2pm on Tuesday-Saturdays typically ship the next business day. Email confirmation goes out when the mailing label is created. If you have not received confirmation, please check your SPAM or JUNK email folders for a message from us. If there is a question about your order, we will email prior to sending it out.
Q. I ordered several skeins of a single color, will I get the same dye lot?
A. We will always email you if we do NOT have enough skeins of the same dye lot to confirm if that will work for you. Be sure to check your SPAM and JUNK email folders if you haven't seen an email from email@example.com.
Q. Can I get my yarn wound into a ball before you send it?
A. Yes! We are most happy to wind the yarn for you. In the bottom left hand corner of the Shopping Cart page, it reads "Would you like your yarn wound into balls?". Please click on that text, and it will give you a text box in which to type a note. Please enter "Yes, please wind" into that box.
Q. I have a note I would like to add to my order, where can I enter that?
A. On the Shopping Cart page, it reads "Would you like your yarn wound into balls?". Please click on that text and it will give you a text box in which you can type any note. You can also send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your comments and/or questions.
Q. I received my order, but I'd like to return part or all of it. How do I do this?
A. All items returned must be in new, unused/unopened condition. To return part or all of an order, please mail to:
