Different sizes were achieved by using different needle sizes.

Finished Measurements: 4.75”/12cm (5.25”/13.5cm, 5.75”/14.5cm unstretched to fit hands up to 7”/18cm (7.75”/19.5cm, 8.75”/22cm) around the palm and 8”/20cm (8.75”/22cm, 9.5”/24cm) long.

Recommended Yarn: Whimsical Colors Silky Merino Light, 50% Superwash Merino, 50% Silk. 435yds/100g.

Amount needed: 155 (175, 195) yds or 142 (160, 178) m.

Gauge: 42 sts/49 rounds (38 sts/45 rounds, 35 sts/40 rounds) = 4 inches (10cm) in Mermaid Scales pattern unstretched.

Needles: A set of double pointed needles in size US1/2.25mm, (US1.5/2.5mm, US2/2.75mm) or size needed to obtain gauge. You can use 2 circular needles or 1 long circular (using the Magic Loop method) if you prefer.

Tools: 3 stitch markers, waste yarn.
